Conservation: Shark Awarness

Well, we did it...
The Dream Team walked the F'in Mile in our fins!

We had an early starty at Kempton Park racecourse with plenty of fellow F'in walkers, all dressed up for the part, mostly as sharks (of course!). The film crew were out and Mares were there in full force as the major sponsor for this inaugrual walk to help raise money for Bite-Back Shark and Marine Conservation.

The Dream Team lined up together and got a great start - until we realised just how tiring it was going to be at that world record pace, for a whole mile. Forwards, backwards sideways we travelled, ever so often posing for the cameras! We were overtaken by a trio of sharks and with others walking backwards the whole way, it was hard to know who was heading in the right direction!

Despite our training and enthusiasm, we didn't pick up any of the prizes on offer, but there's always next year! Here are a few pictures and videos of the day and we would like to thank everyone who has sponsored us so far.

We've currently raised over £700 and it's not too late to donate to this worthy cause!

Thank you to Mares, Bite-Back and Kempton Park for a fantastic event.
The first of many, we hope!

Thank you to all our supporters and for your kind donations to help save sharks!
